Unblocking Your Account

If you are trying to request a trip and your app shows a message that your account has been blocked, please review the reason for blocking below:

  • Multiple pending payments
  • Using cards that have been reported as stolen or lost
  • Suspected use of a false/wrong email address
  • Multiple complaints from drivers regarding your conduct
