Resending Your Receipt

At the end of your trip, a receipt will be sent to the email linked to your Bolt account.

You can easily resend the receipt on your own. Just follow these steps:

  • Go to the Main menu (top left corner)
  • Tap on History
  • Select the journey
  • Tap Resend receipt

If for some reason you still did not receive your receipt, we recommend the following:

  • Check if you have the correct email connected to your Bolt account
  • Check your spam/junk folder in your email account (the sender is Bolt Receipts)

Note: You can also download your invoice by clicking the Download Invoice option at the bottom of your receipt.
