Resending a receipt

Ride receipts are sent to the email address linked to your Bolt account after every finished ride. If you need it to be sent to a different email address, simply change the email address in your profile.

If you are looking for a receipt to be resent to you, open the Bolt app and follow these steps:

  • Open your ride history
  • Find the relevant trip
  • Tap on the three little dots in the top right corner
  • Select Resend receipt

If you need an export of all your invoices, please reach out to our Support team by sending your request through this article.
