Lost an Item

Lost Item

You will have 24 hours to contact the driver to inquire and arrange delivery. Follow the simple steps below:

  • Select the Main menu (top left corner)
  • Tap on Trip history
  • Choose the trip
  • Tap the Call button

Lost Phone

In case you lost your phone or more than 24 hours have already passed, please contact our Support team via the app or in case of a lost phone, via email.
