Lost an Item

Lost Item

You will have 24 hours to contact the driver to inquire and arrange delivery. Follow the simple steps below:

  • Select the Main menu (top left corner)
  • Tap on Trip history
  • Choose the trip
  • Tap the Call button

Lost Phone

If you lost your phone or more than 24 hours have passed, please contact our Support Team via london@bolt.eu e-mail. Share the details about the trip and we will follow up.

Note: 

  • Drivers are informed to return lost items to our office or the nearest police station
  • We do all we can to help you get your item back, but please note that Bolt is not responsible for items lost during trips.
