You will have 24 hours to contact the driver to inquire and arrange delivery. Follow the simple steps below:
- Select the Main menu (top left corner)
- Tap on Trip history
- Choose the trip
- Tap the Call button
In the United Kingdom, if you lost your phone or 24 hours have passed, please fill out the Lost Property form. In case you are not the account holder, please add the account holder's information to the designated field.
In other countries, please contact our Support team via the app or in case of a lost phone, via email.
