If you have left an item in a trip that happened in the last 24 hours, you can contact the driver to inquire and arrange a meetup. Follow the simple steps below:
- Select the Main menu (top left corner)
- Tap on History
- Choose the journey
- Tap the Call button
If over 24 hours has passed, please contact our Support Team via the app. Share the details about the trip and the lost item. The Support Team will follow up on your behalf.
Note: We will do all we can to help you get your item back, but please note that Bolt is not responsible for items lost during trips.
