You have the option to rate your experience via an in-app prompt after each completed journey.
The prompt will request you to do the following:
- Leave a comment
- Select the number of stars that reflect your experience
The next time you Bolt, don't forget to rate your driver. At the end of the ride, if you give the driver a rating from 4- 5, you will see an option to tip the driver
- One star refers to a poor experience whilst a five star is for an excellent experience
- Be sure you rate accordingly to help us improve the quality of drivers and service.
