Rating a Journey

You have the option to rate your experience via an in-app prompt after each completed journey.

The prompt will request you to do the following:

  • Leave a comment
  • Select the number of stars that reflect your experience

The next time you Bolt, don't forget to rate your driver.


  • One star refers to a poor experience whilst a five star is for an excellent experience
  • Be sure you rate accordingly to help us improve the quality of drivers and service.
