If you were involved in a serious incident or accident, please ensure that you and all parties involved are safe. Notify the police and paramedics immediately if necessary by using the in-app SOS button. This will also send an alert to our Support Team.
Please make sure to notify your insurance provider about any incidents or accidents.
Kindly note that unprofessional passenger/driver behaviour such as aggressiveness, inappropriate physical contact, violence or any other form of misconduct will not be tolerated. If possible, please attach any kind of proof when reporting incidents to our team.
