I have issues with activity score

Your activity score is calculated based on the last 80 trips received within your radius. Please keep in mind that the radius is measured aerially.

Activity score will:

  • Increase when you accept a trip
  • Decrease when you reject or don’t respond to a request.

Please note that your activity score is not negatively affected if:

  • You cancel the trip due to the passenger not showing up
  • You decline or ignore an incoming order that has a banner disclaiming that ignoring or rejecting the order will not affect your activity. These orders include requests coming from outside your set driving radius.

If you have issues with the calculation of your activity score, please contact our Support team via the app.
