General information
Airport fees are automatically added to the final ride price when the pick-up location is an airport. If the airport fee was not automatically added to the fare, please request a fare review before confirming the final amount.
To be in the queue for airport pick-ups, you will need to be within a designated waiting area as described below.
Heathrow Airport
For pick-up, you need to be in the AVA parking area located on Northern Perimeter Road. Access costs 1 GBP per hour.
Each terminal has a specific pick-up point:
- Terminal 2 - Level 4, Row H (Short Stay Car Park 2)
- Terminal 3 - Level 3, Row A (Short Stay Car Park 3)
- Terminal 4 - Level 2, Private Hire Pickup
- Terminal 5 - Level 1, Row R (Short Stay Car Park 5)
Pick-ups are permitted in the specified areas only, it is not permitted to pick up passengers from the drop-off areas. You may also pick up passengers from Short Stay Car Park, but the parking fee is significantly higher. Be advised that we will not cover any additional costs incurred.
All drop-off areas at Heathrow are located right outside each terminal. There is a £5.00 charge for vehicles each time you enter one of the drop-off zones, which must be paid by midnight the day after your visit at the latest. Please note that there are no barriers to the drop-off zones, but your visits are recorded by automatic number plate recognition. Gatwick Airport
For drop-offs, simply take passengers to the forecourt of their terminal. For all pick-ups, you must wait in the designated area in the Long Stay South car park:
- Go to the South Terminal roundabout
- Enter the South Terminal
- Take the second left, following the sign for Long Stay South
- Turn left at the fork in the road
The car park is managed by Gatwick airport, and there's a charge of £1.50 (if you stay there for up to 4 hours). The fee will be added to the passenger's fare along with the entry fee to the pick-up zone.
- Once you receive a trip request, follow the directions to the relevant Short Stay car park (details below) and go to the designated pick-up row
- Park your vehicle before walking over to meet your passenger at the designated pick-up area
- You can meet passengers at the North Terminal, Car Park 6, Level 5, Express Pick-Up area by the lifts
- You can meet passengers at the South Terminal, Orange Car Park, Level 4, Meet & Greet.
Stansted Airport
For pick-up, you need to be in the Birchanger Green service station area. Park up in Short Stay Car Park Blue and meet the passenger at row G. Be sure not to stay over 30 minutes, as this may incur additional charges not covered by the fare.
The drop-off fee is added to the journey automatically.
Luton Airport
For pick-ups, you need to do the following:

Drive to either two dedicated waiting areas located at Luton Airport Mid-stay Car Park and Luton Retail Park on Gipsy Lane

Temporary pick-up areas set-up in Mid-stay Car Park Zone C
For drop-offs, please go to Mid-stay Car Park Zone A. It’s important to keep the app on until you exit the airport property.
London City Airport
For pick-ups, you need to be in the designated Pickup Zone. You may only stay there for 20 minutes. If you need to stay for longer than this, go to Orange Zone located at the front of the onsite car park. You can park there for up to 1 hour. Be advised that we will not cover for the additional costs incurred by staying in the Orange Zone.
Note:
- Different rates apply to all journey requests with an airport pick-up location. These journeys will also have additional charges for airport fees.
