You will have 24 hours to contact the driver via the app to inquire and arrange delivery. Please note in some instances, you may have to collect your item from the local police station or the Bolt Hub.
Follow the simple steps below to contact your driver:
- Select the Main menu (top left corner)
- Tap on Trip history
- Choose the trip
- Tap the Call button.
In case more than 24 hours have already passed, please contact our Support team via the app.
If you lost your phone, please contact our Support team via email. If you are a passenger in London, please call our support team.
