If your access to your account is limited due to repeated harmful behaviour as described in the Passenger Conduct Guidelines, you won’t be able to order a trip. The suspension will last for six months.
Please note that you can still use the app for other purposes, such as using our other products that are available in your country, checking your ride history and account information.
Bolt passengers are expected to:
- Always be kind to the driver
- Not cancel the trip unless it’s absolutely necessary. It will take longer to arrive at the destination and waste the driver’s time.
- Always show up for the trip. Keep an eye out for when the driver arrives and avoid keeping them waiting too long.
