If a passenger made a mess in your vehicle, a penalty of up to 50 euros may be applied to the passenger. This can be paid by the passenger in cash.
Please always report a mess or damage made immediately before beginning the next trip and provide the following information:
- At least three clear photos of the stains. The images should contain the timestamp and show the closeup and the zoomed out picture of the mess.
- Ride details and a short description of the situation.
If the passenger has refused to pay a penalty to you, our team will review the report and follow up with the passenger. When the passenger settles the payment, the sum will be added to your balance and included in the next payout.
