If the passenger had to pay more than expected, please report this ride to us:
- Do not confirm the price in the app
- Report a problem with the price
- Choose the relevant reason and leave a comment.
We will review the order details. When the price review is completed, the trip price will be shown in the ride history.
The passenger may be overcharged if:
- Trip did not happen but was started in the app
- Trip was not started or finished on time due to various reasons
- Rider paid for the trip using the payment method different from the originally chosen
- Incorrect route was chosen.
