Generating a new password

Follow these steps if you forgot your password:

  • Press the Don't know the password button on the login screen
  • Enter the email that's associated with your account
  • A PIN code will be sent to your email address
  • Check your email for the PIN code and enter it into the login screen
  • Create a new password and press Confirm
  • Your new credentials will appear on the screen. Make sure to write them down, as you will need them the next time you log in.

Note: The email associated with the account should be easily accessible by restaurant employees in case they need to generate a new password.
