You can add a promo code by opening the menu from the left upper corner and selecting the Discount or Enter promo code section.
If the application doesn’t accept the promo code:
- Make sure your promo code or discount hasn’t expired and meets all the campaign conditions
- Check if there are any typos
- Referral codes can only be redeemed by customers who don’t share a payment method or a device with an existing customer
- Your promo code cannot be redeemed by existing users creating new accounts.
If you still can’t apply a promo code, please provide the screenshot and contact our Support team via the app.
