Unable to Add a Card

For most riders, card payments are preferred and convenient, but there may be some issues when adding this payment method. 

Here is some simple info that may help you out:

  • Make sure the credit card details you entered are correct
  • Taxify only allows the use of Mastercard and Visa 
  • AMEX type credit cards are used only in Australia and in countries where Euro is the main currency
  • Make sure your credit card and its issuer allow online payments and/or payments in the local currency. Discuss the problem with your credit card issuer.
  • Taxify does not allow the use of foreign cards in South Africa, Nigeria and Kenya
