For most riders, card (debit and credit) payments are preferred and convenient, but there may be some issues when adding this payment method.
Here is some simple info that may help you out:
- Make sure the credit or debit card details you entered are correct
- Taxify only allows the use of Mastercard and Visa
- AMEX type credit cards are used only in Australia and in countries where Euro is the main currency
- Make sure your debit or credit card issuer allows online payments in the local currency
- Taxify does not allow the use of foreign cards in South Africa, Nigeria and Kenya
