Changing Your Email Address

Bolt newsletters and ride receipts are sent to an email address linked to your account.

To check the current email address and change it, follow the steps below:

  • Go to the Main menu (top left corner)
  • Open your profile tab
  • Tap on the email text field to edit it
  • Enter a new email address and leave the page to save the changes.

In case you encounter any problems with changing an email address, please contact our Support team and provide a new email address you would like to use.
