Passenger Lost an Item

After every journey, check immediately to see if a passenger left anything behind. If you find any lost items afterwards, please follow these guidelines:

  • Contact our Support Team via the app and take the item to the nearest Bolt office at your earliest convenience within 24 hours
  • Make arrangements to return the item if the passenger contacts you, without a charge
  • Return the item to the nearest Bolt office if a mutual agreement could not be reached with the passenger
