Rider left an item in a vehicle

Please check if a rider left any personal belongings in the vehicle after each trip. If you find any lost item:

  • And you know who left it: contact the rider via the app. You will have 24 hours to use the call option in the ride history to reach out to the rider.
  • And you are not sure who left the item in the car: notify our Support team about the item and follow their instructions
  • And a phone was left: notify our Support team about the item and follow their instructions.
