Passenger Lost an Item

After every ride, check immediately to see if a Passenger left behind anything. If you find any lost items afterwards, please follow these guidelines:

  • Contact our Support Team via the app and take the item to the Taxify office at your earliest convenience within 24 hours
  • Make arrangements to return the item if the Passenger contacts you, without a charge
  • Return the item to a Taxify office if a mutual agreement could not be reached with the Passenger
