Requesting Price Review

Due to GPS errors, network issues or using a non-recommended device, the ride's fare may not be calculated correctly.

When a fare miscalculation is noticed or a rider did not pay (cash trips), please send a price review by following the steps below:

  • Swipe right to end the trip
  • Do not confirm the price but tap on fare review 
  • Enter the expected price and leave a comment if the rider paid any amount or not, then submit


Note: If you notice miscalculated fares often, please make sure:

  • You are using a recommended device
  • Your driver app is updated to the latest version
  • Your Google Maps or Waze are updated
  • Your GPS is set to high location accuracy (if you use an Android device)
