We understand that an order may be cancelled for certain reasons, therefore, Taxify does not charge a cancellation fee. However, a number of cancellations in a short period may lead to a passenger's account being blocked.
Driver's are informed to wait for at least 5 minutes upon arrival, then call the passenger to make sure that the trip will take place.
If a passenger does not show up or pick up the call, then the driver has the right to leave. We hope all passengers are considerate since ride cancellations affect drivers' activities and earnings.
