When is Taxify launching in Toronto?

We have not yet announced our Toronto launch date. We’ll reach out to all our Driver-Partners one week before we launch, when we’ll be activating accounts and providing Driver-Partners with:

  • A solid launch date
  • Personalized Taxify Driver app login credentials
  • Bonus structures for launch week

I’ve started my Taxify Driver application, but I haven’t heard from Taxify yet.

When you start a driver application with Taxify, we ask for your contact information, vehicle information, and your 5 Required Application Documents. We review your application within two business days of receiving all 5 of your documents, then we email you with the next steps needed to finalize your application.

I’ve submitted all 5 of my application documents and more than two business days have passed.

Check your email inbox (for the email you used to start your Taxify application)! We’ve reviewed your account and emailed you with next steps. If all 5 documents pass based on Driver Application Documents, we’ve sent you an email to complete your background screen online. If any of your documents weren’t quite right, we’ve sent you an email requesting new pictures of your docs.

Don’t see an email from us in your inbox? Check your Spam or Junk Mail folders to ensure it’s not stuck there. If it is, add toronto@taxify.eu to your contacts! We’ll use email to send you important account-related information from time to time, and we want to make sure they get to you.

Sign back into your Driver Application using the email address and phone number you started your Taxify Driver application with and upload all 5 required documents. Once we receive these 5 documents from you, we lock down your account for review - we'll email you with next steps within two business days.

Why can’t I log in to the Taxify Driver app?

Before we launch, the Taxify Driver app is being used as an application portal. Once we receive your application documents, we lock your account down for review. This means that, even if your application has been approved, you will not be able to access the Taxify Driver app currently.

We’ll email our approved Driver-Partners one week before launch when the app will be ready for use - we’ll provide you with the Taxify Driver app download link, your Taxify Driver app login credentials, and more details on how to get on the road with us. Make sure you finish your Driver Application to be part of our Driver-Partner launch team!
