Service Fee

The Bolt for Business Account is subject to a service fee. The Service fee statement is sent on the 2nd of each month and is calculated off the overall sum of every ride ordered by your business account users throughout the previous month.

The service fee is deducted automatically from your card and is not displayed in the individual trip invoice. For post-paid billing users, the service fee and the credit fee is in a single invoice and they have until the 15th day of the following month to make a transfer to Bolt bank account.
