Adding a New User

You can manage your users from the Riders tab in your Business Account dashboard. You can also import several users at once by uploading a CSV file.

To add a new user:

  • Go to the Riders tab and click Add rider 
  • Complete the required fields:
    • Enter the first and last names
    • Enter email address
    • Select country code and enter a phone number
    • The user’s ID is optional (please consult with your accountant if one should be provided)
  • Link the new user to a group (if you haven’t created one, they will be automatically assigned to the General group)
  • Finish the process by clicking Add Rider

Once you have added a user, they will have the business payment option in their Bolt rider app. You can also deactivate users if needed.
