Bolt sends a monthly trip summary on the first of each new month for the past calendar month. The summary is a statement sent for accounting purposes and does not indicate a need for payment. It will also display all rides users have taken, split by country (if applicable).
An invoice for the 10% service fee is also sent on the first of each month. The fee will be charged from your card automatically.
Any of the monthly summaries and the service fee invoice can be downloaded in the portal:
- Go to Billing tab > Statements
- Download ride summary by clicking on the green PDF icon next to each month
- Service Fee invoice will download automatically when you click on the green Service Fee Invoice hyperlink
Note: Your account summaries and invoices are non-editable.
