Not Receiving Cash Trips

If you have noticed you are not receiving cash requests, it may be because of your negative invoice balance. If this is the case, please make sure you pay your outstanding debt in order to start receiving cash payment journeys.

To help you reduce and pay your outstanding debt, you will receive only in-app (card) payment journeys.
