Requesting Your Data

Your data will be stored as long as you have an active Driver's account. If your account is closed, the personal data is saved for an additional three-year period. We respond to requests for deleting and transferring personal data submitted by an email within a month and specify the period of data deletion and transfer.

If your account has been closed, personal data will be deleted (according to the policies set out in our Privacy Policy for Drivers) from the databases, unless such data is required to be retained for accounting, dispute resolution or fraud prevention purposes.

At any time, you can request to transfer your data we have stored. Before transferring the data, we will ask you to verify your identity. If you would like to make such a request, please contact our Support Team via the app.
