Once you have been activated as a Bolt Food Courier and completed training, you will need to own/acquire some of the delivery equipment depending on the mode of transportation you will use.
- You can use your own delivery bag that meets the following requirements:
- It is the same or similar design, colour and size
- It does not have any logos or branding
- You can use Bolt Food branded bag: a deposit will be deducted from your first payout. You will be refunded only if you return the bag that is clean and in good condition.
- A smartphone
- A charger cable or a powerbank
- Phone holder
- Waterproof (wrist) phone holder
- Wireless earbuds
Please always make sure that the delivery equipment is ready and in good condition and your device is fully charged before accepting orders.
