Once the restaurant has prepared your order, a Bolt Food courier will be sent to collect it on your behalf.
You will be able to track your order in the app to see your courier’s location.
Please be available to meet your courier at the provided estimated time of arrival. In case you are not available to be at the address at the time of delivery, please notify our Support team immediately.
