When you have selected the Delivery method, the order will be brought to your location by a delivery partner.
Once your order has been accepted and prepared by the restaurant, it will be collected on your behalf by a courier. When the courier has collected your order, you will be able to call them and track their location (both in the app).
Please be available to receive your order and make payment if you have selected the cash option. The courier may cancel the delivery if they are not able to connect with you within 10 minutes of arriving at the location. In this event, Bolt may charge your card or reduce your balance with the value of the full order.
