After you have accepted a delivery request, you will see the restaurant address and estimated travel time to the location.
Click the ^ icon to:
- Call the restaurant
- See any Pickup notes
- Report a problem (hazard icon).
When you arrive at the restaurant, please park in an authorised area and tap the Arrived button.
Please let the counter staff know that you are from Bolt Food and provide the customer’s name and order number. Confirm that you have the correct order before leaving the location.
