Issues with a Restaurant

We expect mutual respect between couriers and restaurants and hope that both parties have a pleasant experience with Bolt Food.

Before starting the delivery, please contact us via phone call if a restaurant representative behaved inappropriately or for example refused to fix or add extra packaging when it was needed.

If you want to leave general feedback about the restaurant, please contact our Support team via in-app. Your detailed feedback is essential and would help us follow up with the restaurant to take actions where necessary.
