Technical Issue with App

If you are experiencing any troubles while trying to place an order in the Bolt Food app, please try the following solutions to resolve the issue:

  • Check that the restaurant is available to take your order at that time
  • Check whether you need to update your app in your device app/play store
  • If necessary, please update your phone operating system
  • If the app is frozen, please restart your phone
  • Kindly reinstall the app if nothing else fixes the problem
