Once your order has been delivered, Bolt will send your receipt to your registered email address.
If for some reason, you have not received your receipt, we recommend the following:
- Check if you have the correct email connected on your Bolt Food account
- Check your spam/junk folder in your email account (the sender is Delivery from Bolt)
If these actions do not help, please contact us through the app.
Note: You can also download your invoice by clicking the Download Invoice option at the bottom of your receipt.
