Compromised Account

If you believe that someone has gained access to and/or used your account without your consent, your account may be compromised.

If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please contact your bank to block your card immediately to prevent further unauthorised use. 

Suspicious activity can include:

  • Order requests you didn't make
  • Receipts for orders you don't recognize
  • Changes to your personal information you didn't make
  • Changes to your payments information you didn't make.
