My account has been compromised

If you believe that someone has gained access to or used your account without your consent, please contact your bank to block your card immediately to prevent further unauthorised use. 

Suspicious activity can include:

  • Orders you didn't make
  • Receipts for orders you don't recognise
  • Changes to your personal information you didn't make
  • Changes to your payments information you didn't make
  • Communication from a delivery partner or restaurant for orders you didn’t place.
