How to add a payment method

You can pay for orders on the Bolt Food app by using cash (in some markets), Bolt balance and via credit/debit card

Follow these steps to add a payment method to your account:

  • Tap the profile icon in the menu and select the Payments option
  • Add the card details in the relevant text fields and click the Continue button.

When you add a new card, our system will validate it with a reversible transaction. Please be informed that it can take up to 10 business days for the amount to be released.
