Follow these steps to remove a payment method from your account:
- Tap the profile icon in the menu bar
- Select the Payments options
- Click the Edit button (top right corner)
- Click the red (x) button.
Please note that you will not be able to remove your payment method if:
- There is only one card added to your account - unless you remove the card from your ride-hailing account
- There is a pending payment on the card.
In these cases, please add a new payment method to your account before removing the card.
Note: Removing your card from your Bolt Food app will also remove the same payment method from your ride-hailing app.
