To remove a payment method from your account, please follow these steps:
- Select the profile icon in the menu bar
- Choose the Payments option
- Tap on Edit in the upper right corner
- Find the method you would like to remove and tap on the red X next to it.
If you want to add a card, please refer to Adding a Payment Method.
- You cannot remove your card if there is a pending payment on your Bolt ride-hailing account
- You cannot remove your card if it is the only payment option on your account
- Removing the card from Food app will also remove the same payment card from ride-hailing app
- All data linked to your payment method is stored encrypted and kept private.
