I’m not able to receive the delivery

Once the restaurant confirms your order, the Bolt Food app will provide you with an estimated time of arrival. We ask you to make sure there is someone at the address to receive the order around the specified time.

Once your courier arrives at the delivery location, they will attempt to contact you. They will then wait at the location for an additional 10 minutes, after which, your order will be cancelled and you will be charged for this order.
