Restaurants and couriers do their best to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated time of delivery, but some external factors may cause a delay.
The Bolt Food App will provide you with an estimated time of arrival once the restaurant confirms your order. To ensure that your order arrives at your door on time, a courier is sent to the restaurant well in advance.
You can check your order's delivery status by tracking your order in the app. If your order is taking longer than expected, you may call the courier to check on your order status.
If your courier is not able to contact you or deliver your order successfully, they can discard the food in a safe manner.
