Order is too large and does not fit in the delivery bag
If you receive an order that is too large, please make sure to notify our Support team in advance. In this case, we will be able to assign another courier to help with the delivery.
Courier arrived without a delivery bag
If a courier arrived at the restaurant without a delivery bag, kindly ask to ask them to come back with it to pick up the order.
