We understand that you may face some challenges on the way to the drop-off location that may affect completing the delivery, but we expect your immediate action in such cases.
In the event of small spills, please make sure that the order items are not damaged and can be delivered to the customer.
If you experience any issues with locating/accessing the delivery address, reaching the client, customer’s not showing up, or you are late for delivery, please follow the steps below before contacting our Support Team:
- Make sure you read customer’s notes in the order that may give you additional information
- Try to reach out to the customer by calling their number available in the order
- If the customer doesn’t reply, try again (up to three times within ten minutes)
If you experience serious health problems, you are involved in the accident, the order items spilt and cannot be delivered, or your vehicle is broken, please immediately contact our Support Team via a phone call.
