If during the delivery there are any issues with the delivery bag, please contact our Support team via a phone call.
Issues may include, but are not limited to:
- Food spilling inside the bag due to the packaging or other reasons. Please discontinue using the dirty bag due to hygiene reasons and try to clean it.
- The bag was stolen
- You noticed that the bag does not keep warm/cold.
Note: Keeping delivery bags clean and fresh will help bags last longer.
