If due to the packaging or other reasons the food spilt inside your bag, please contact our Support Team via phone support to inform us about the situation and stop the delivery.
Please discontinue using the dirty bag due to hygiene reasons and try to clean it.
Make sure to check the food at the pickup location to make sure the restaurant included all the items in the order. However, if the customer notices that something is missing, please ask them to contact us through their own app and we will follow up on the issue immediately.
Note: Keeping delivery bags clean and fresh will help bags last longer.
