Acceptance rate represents the percentage of all the rides that you accept and finish.
Your acceptance rate is important for quality assurance and it is used to determine your eligibility for certain campaigns. The period in which it is calculated is specific to the campaign.
If you do not want your acceptance rate to decrease, we recommend going offline when you are not available to accept rides.
Other tips to keep a high acceptance rate:
- Make sure that your app volume is up
- Make sure you have a good and stable internet connection all the time
With that being said, your acceptance rate is affected by:
- Missed orders
- Orders you reject
- Orders you cancel
Your acceptance rate is not affected by passengers cancellations or by passengers not showing up.
