Delaying an Order

If for some reason you cannot accept an order, but do not want to cancel it, you have an option to delay it’s pick-up time.

To delay the order you should:

  • Tap on Help in the upper right corner of the order
  • Select Delay order
  • Specify a time-frame for completing the order 
  • Tap on Accept order to confirm.

As an alternative, you can change the preparation time if you notice that some dishes take more time to prepare than specified in the system. Simply contact our Support team for assistance!
