I have issues with app notifications

If you have issues with receiving app notifications, make sure that:

  • Notifications from the Bolt Driver app are enabled on your phone
  • You are using the latest app version
  • Phone sound is not on mute
  • Car radio volume is turned up if your phone is connected to the car audio via cable or Bluetooth
  • Battery and data save modes are turned off
  • You do not have a lot of other apps working in the background.
