Follow these guidelines if you are not able to find the delivery address:
- Pullover into a safe zone to check delivery information
- Check the Apt/office/floor info for location details
- Check Where should the order be left information for delivery instructions
- Call the customer through the app to confirm the address (attempt to call 3 times over a 10 minute period).
If you are not able to contact the customer to confirm their location, please call Support for help.
